Parkhurst Dining in the Commons will be providing our first “Meatless Monday” in collaboration with 51's Planetary Health Council on Monday, April 13 at lunch. There will be an infographic available, movie clips, a presentation of the “planetary health plate” and an example of a complete protein dish. There will be no meat available at the Commons on this day, but you can still get meat at the other dining locations on campus including the Pub and Forum.
