51°µÍø recognizes city employee Michael Radke for pandemic planning support

The University of New England on Feb. 3, 2010 presented a plaque to Michael Radke, cities readiness initiative program coordinator, City of Portland for his dedicated service as a member of the 51°µÍø team in the successful development and implementation of policies and processes for emergency preparedness related to the H1N1 pandemic.  

51°µÍø hosted immunization clinics for students, faculty, staff and their families followed by immunizations for the public at 51°µÍø's University Health Care clinics in Portland and Saco.  In the photo with Radke are representatives of 51°µÍø's Pandemic Planning Committee, from left to right: Norma Charette, Committee Chair Denise Bisaillon and Elisabeth Haase.
