Combining project management expertise with core research facility operations, I help foster thriving, shared-use research environments. In my current role, I’ve developed and implemented a hands-on training program in animal behavior research for undergraduate students, while also establishing sustainable metric tracking systems to ensure the long-term success and resilience of the core facility.

As Core Manager, I oversee scheduling, data collection, analysis, and the development of presentations tailored to a range of stakeholders. These presentations communicate key insights into core operations and training outcomes, supporting transparency and continuous improvement.

Previously, I served as a Technical Science Specialist in the laboratory animal industry, where I represented products at international trade shows and supported the sales team with product demonstrations and the creation of marketing materials.

My areas of expertise and interest include core facility operations and management, data analysis and visualization, and effectively communicating research operations to diverse audiences.

When I am not in the core, I am an avid runner, roller skater and dog mom.
